Gaganjot Singh appointed as new CEO of Swaraj Tractors

Gaganjot Singh has taken the role of the CEO of the well-known agricultural machinery manufacturing company of India, Swaraj Tractors. Previously, Mr. Harish Chavan has been leading the company as the CEO.

Mr. Singh is taking with him years of experience in renowned companies like Kubota and Michelin. With this new leadership, Swaraj—known for giving farmers trustworthy new tractors—opens an interesting new chapter.

Gaganjot Singh's Career Journey So Far

Mr. Singh has worked for more than 12 years at Michelin. Only a few months back, in November 2024, he joined the leading multinational company Mahindra & Mahindra. And now, with his strategic expansion skills and operational excellence, he got this role.

With his 25+ years of experience in the field of Management & Finance, he is the ideal leader for Swaraj in its next stage of expansion. Mr. Singh will use his experience and expertise to curate the best solutions for Indian farmers.

Gratitude Towards Michelin

In a recent LinkedIn post Mr. Singh showcased his gratitude towards Michelin. He thanked the company for helping him achieve his career goals. He also mentioned how the AIM region and the people there helped him grow.

Beginning of a New Chapter

He also thanked the Swaraj group for making him a part of their stupendous journey. He mentioned his remarkable experiences in the past three weeks. It included a warm welcome, interactions with leaders throughout the Group in M101, learning time with leadership teams, and passionate people of Swaraj.

Returning to Punjab, where he spent the early 30 years of his life, is joyful for him. Even he started his official journey by driving a 45-year-old tractor with the same power and performance. He is looking forward to the Swaraj adventure made by all its people with pride, passion, determination, and unmatched JOSH.
