November 2025 has turned out to be a strong month for India’s harvester industry, with total retail harvester sales reaching 1,681 units, significantly higher than 944 units in November 2024. This reflects a massive industry growth of 78.07% YoY, driven by higher crop harvesting activity, better farmer sentiment, and rising adoption of mechanisation.

The retail harvester segment witnessed strong year-on-year traction in November 2025. Top Performers of Nov’25 vs Nov’24)
- Vishal recorded 299 units in Nov’25 compared to 154 units in Nov’24 — a strong growth of 1.47% in market share from last year.
- New Holland grew marginally, going from 109 units to 203 units, leading to a 0.53% rise in market share.
- Kartar, on the other hand, saw a decline, going from 159 units in Nov’24 to 145 units in Nov’25, resulting in a market share drop of 8.22%.
- John Deere improved from 74 to 144 units, marking a 0.73% positive shift in market share.
- Preet also performed strongly with 124 units in Nov’25, up from 53 units, driving a 1.76% increase in market share.
In November 2025, the harvester industry recorded total sales of 1,681 units. Out of this, the top 5 brands together contributed 915 units. This means that these five leading brands alone accounted for 54.43% of the total market share in November 2025, highlighting their strong dominance in the monthly retail market.

- Kartar saw a decline in market share by 2.67%, despite growing in volume to 1,468 units from 1,124 units.

- From Apr to Nov 2025, Malkit sold 829 harvesters compared to 413 units sold from Apr to Nov 2024, with a 1.70% increase in market share.
