New Delhi: Mahindra Tractors on Friday reported a 17 percent growth in its domestic sale at 46,312 units for the month of October.
1. Total sales (Domestic + Export) grew 17 percent at 47, 376 units last month as compared to 40, 562 units
2. The company sold 39,516 units during October 2017, as per the regulatory filing.
3. Exports for the month stood at 1,064 units.

Commenting on the month’s performance, Rajesh Jejurikar, President Farm Equipment Sector, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. said, “We have sold 46,312 tractors in the domestic market during Oct 2018, a growth of 17 percent over last year. Demand gained momentum with the onset of the festival season. In the export market, we sold 1,064 tractors in Oct 2018, a growth of 2 percent over last year. All our plants operated at full capacity, to help us meet the festive demand.”
Till October 30, 2018, the cumulative sales of the company stood at 22,6205 units for this fiscal, up 9 percent, compared to 20,6941 units in the year-ago period.
