1.सोलर ट्री से होगी सिंचाई किफायती, सिंचाई के लिए अब बिजली की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी।

भारत में कृषि बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है और कृषि के लिए पानी महतवपूर्ण है, आज मीठे पानी का 80% हिस्सा खेतीबाड़ी में इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। पानी के इस महत्व को देखते हुए बेहतर सिंचाई व्यवस्था की जरूरत होती है, उत्तर प्रदेश कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद लखनऊ ने इसी जरूरत को पूरा करने के लिए भारतीय सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान,प्रयागराज को ड्रिप इरिगेशन (जिससे पौधों को उतना पानी मिले जितने की आश्यकता हो) पर आधारित एक परियोजना दी। इस परियोजना के तहत सोलर ट्री नाम का एक सिंचाई साधन विकसित किया गया है जो बिना बिजली के काम करेगा।

बता दें पिछले तीन वर्षो से इस परियोजना पर काम चल रहा था इसके पहले सोलर पैनल पर आधारित पंप बनाए गए थे जो कि ज्यादातर किसानों के बीच सफल नहीं हुए। सोलर ट्री में खेत की नमी और तापमान जानने की सेंसर तकनीक है जिससे पंप जरूरत पड़ने पर अपने आप बंद चालू हो जाएंगे। 24 वोल्ट की डीसी मोटर के संचालित सोलार ट्री से 15-20 एकड़ खेत की सिंचाई आसानी से हो सकेगी।

इससे पानी की तो बचत होगी ही साथ में अन्य भूमि की भी आश्यकता नहीं होती। पहले इसका परीक्षण भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद के संस्थान आईआईवीआर में होगा जिसके उपरांत सस्ते और हल्के सिंचाई यंत्र किसानों के लिए निर्मित किए जाएंगे।

2. दलहनी फसलो की उपज होगी दोगुनी

भारत में दलहनी फसलों की बहुत मांग है । यह मृदा की उर्वरा शक्ति में वृद्धि करती हैं तथा आहार का भी एक महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा है । यह खाद्यान्न फसलों की अपेक्षा सूखारोधी होती हैं । खरीफ की दलहनी फसलों में प्रमुख मूंग उड़द और अरहर की उन्नत उत्पादन तकनीक के अंतर्गत ने नम एवं गर्म जलवायु (25-30 डिग्री) में उगाया जाना चाहिए । इन फसलों के लिए 7 पी एच मान एवं अच्छा जल निकाय वाली भूमि उपयुक्त होती है । इन्हें 3 - 4 इंच वर्षा होने पर बोयें तथा फफूंद नाशक दवाओं से बोने से पूर्व बीजोपचार करें । सर्वाधिक पैदावार के लिए प्रति हेक्टेयर 3.3 लाख पौधे ही रखें । खरीफ में 20 किलो प्रति हेक्टेयर एवं ग्रीष्मकालीन फसल में 25 किलो प्रति हेक्टेयर की दर से फसल बोयें । 5 टन गोबर ,20 किलो नत्रजन ,50 किलो फास्फोरस और 20 किलो पोटाश प्रति हेक्टेयर की दर से खाद एवं उर्वरक डालें ।और बीज तथा खाद को मिलाकर ना बोऐं । इनमें सिंचाई देने की आवश्यकता नहीं होती परंतु जल निकाय बहुत आवश्यक होता है । जब 80% पत्तियां काली पड़ जाए तो फसल की कटाई करें । इसके अलावा उड़द की खेती के 30 से 35 दिन तक खरपतवार से मुक्त रखें ।

3.1 lakh crore agri-infra funds for farmers betterment.

The Union Cabinet under the leadership of Mr.Narendra Modi has announced a 1 lakh crore fund for farmers and agriculture welfare. This agri-infra fund is included in the 20 lakh crore reserve declared due to COVID predicament. The tenure of the agri-infra fund is 10 years i.e.from 2019 to 2029. The fund will be handed out to farmers, farmer producer organizations(FPOs), Agri-entrepreneurs and start-ups. The fund is expended in different periods like 10,000 crores in the current year and 30,000 crores in the next three financial years. The purpose of this agri-infra fund is to set up cold stores, chains, packaging units, warehouse and e-marketing centres, etc which will lead to the betterment in farming facilities.

The whole procedure of agri-infra fund will be available on an online Management Information System(MIS) portal to make the process fast and fruitful. People can also search for scheme detail, interest on loans by the banks and many more.

The agri-infra fund by banks and financial institutions will be helpful to farmers and agriculture in India for long-term.

4. Solar Pump Yojna 2020

There is a dire need to move towards a renewable source of energy from the non-renewable sources and solar energy is one of the best renewable source of energy that is being used in a large extent nowadays. In the same respect, the government of India has taken a commendable initiative of PM KUSUM scheme. Under this scheme, the farmers will get the benefit of 90% subsidy to set up solar water pumps. Moreover, it will give relief to about 20 lakh farmers. It will also avail the opportunity for farmers to earn from the surplus solar generated power. They can give this surplus power to DISCOMS to earn ₹60,000 per acre annually.

Platforms to apply

You just need to visit the official website of PM KUSUM and click on the desired website, then fill all required information and select the Megawatt for your Solar pump and then your district. After your successful registration, you will receive a message from the department regarding the same.

Subsidy Structure and Eligibility

A farmer has to spend only 10% of the total cost of the solar pump. The government of India will provide 60% amount and the remaining 30% will be compensated through bank credit.

A farmer must have a valid Adhar Card and Bank account.

The online registration for the scheme has started so that more and more farmers can get its benefit and step towards solar energy.

5. PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana: Cabinet Approves Extension for Five Months up to November

Keeping in mind the problems faced by the poor people during the lockdown The Union Cabinet chaired by our Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi has allocated an amount of rupees 1.70 crores under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana. As an economic response to COVID 19 in his last address for the nation, Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi extended this scheme till November and the Cabinet has also approved for this. Under this scheme, more than 9.7 Lakh MT cleaned Chana will be provided at rupees 1 per kg to around 19.4 crore households. He also stated the budget of the first three months itself will be 1.5 lakh crore rupees. This scheme will also benefit the migrant laborers of the country who do not have a ration card. The government of India will be bearing all these costs including the costs for transportation of goods from FCI Depots to Fair Price shops along with the handling charges. Already 4.63 Lakh MTs of pulses have been distributed to around 18.2  Crore Households under this scheme.
