Harsh K. Rai brings over 30 years of leadership experience across diverse sectors including FMCG, lighting, cement, textiles, and beverages. His expertise spans general management, sales, marketing, and strategic growth, developed through leadership roles in both Indian and international markets.
Before joining Mahindra Group, he served as CEO - Overseas Spinning Business at Aditya Birla Group in Jakarta. Earlier, he held the role of Senior Executive President at UltraTech Cement and spent several years at PepsiCo, where he served in senior leadership positions including Vice President – Sales & Commercial (India Food & Beverage). He was also CEO & Managing Director of NourishCo Beverages, a joint venture between Tata and PepsiCo. Rai began his professional journey at Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting, building foundational experience in sales, product management, and regional leadership.
