1.किसानों के लिए खुशखबरी, नए कानूनों बाद मंडी के बाहर भी बेच सकते है उपज।

केंद्र सरकार ने किसानों के लिए उपज बाज़ार में बेचने से जुड़ा एक बड़ा फैसला लिया है, सरकार ने बैरियर फ्री फार्म ट्रेडिंग की तरफ कदम बढ़ाते हुए दो नए कानून सूचीबद्ध किए हैं।

ये दो कानून है व्यापार एवं वाणिज्य (संवर्द्धन और सुविधा) कानून व मूल्य आश्वासन एवं कृषि सेवा कानून जिसके बाद किसान अपनी उपज मंडी के बाहर भी निजी खरीदार या कंपनियों को बैच सकते हैं। किसान फसल तैयार होने पहले ही व उपज-सिंचाई के समय, फार्म गेट, फैक्ट्री, भंडारगृह या कोल्ड स्टोरेज कहीं भी सौदा कर सकते हैं। इसके अलावा किसान अपनी उपज ऑनलाइन बिक्री भी कर सकते हैं, ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म पर निजी कंपनियां, किसान उत्पादक संगठन और कृषि सहकारी समितियां एक साथ काम करेंगी। ऑनलाइन सौदे को लेकर कंपनियों के लिए निर्देश भी दिए जाएंगे, जिनके तहत उन्हें सौदे के तत्काल बाद भुगतान करना होगा, विशेष स्थिति में तीन दिन की छूट होगी पर इसके बाद रोजाना ब्याज लगेगा और नियम तोड़ने पर कंपनी पर 50 हज़ार से लेकर 10 लाख रुपए तक का जुर्माना लगाया जाएगा।

राज्य सरकारें भी बिक्री करने पर लेवी, बाज़ार शुल्क और सेस नहीं वसूलेंगी, कारोबारी, ट्रेडिंग प्लेटफॉर्म पर कारोबार करने वाली कंपनी, कृषि उत्पाद संगठन व किसान सभी को इन शुल्कों में छूट मिलेगी।

2. 1 अगस्त से मिलेगी पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि योजना की छटवीं किश्त

देश के किसानों के हित में चलाई जा रही प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि योजना की ₹2000 की छठवीं किश्त 1 अगस्त से आनी शुरू हो जाएगी । केंद्र सरकार ने 14 करोड किसानों को योजना में शामिल करने का लक्ष्य रखा था ,जिनमें से अभी भी 4.5 करोड़ किसान बाकी हैं । यदि आपने अभी तक आवेदन नहीं किया है तो जल्दी ही कर दें । 

 योजना में 1.3 करोड़ किसानों को दस्तावेजों में दिक्कत होने के कारण पैसा नहीं मिल पाया था । इसलिए आवेदन करते वक्त अपने दस्तावेज चेक करके ही आवेदन करें । इसके अलावा भी अगर कोई समस्या आती है तो उसके लिए सरकार द्वारा जारी हेल्पलाइन नंबर पर संपर्क करें । 

PM Kisan Yojana का हेल्प लाइन नंबर 011-24300606 है । इसके अलावा PM Kisan Yojana  का टोल फ्री नंबर 18001155266 है । इन नंबरों के अलावा पीएम किसान हेल्पलाइन नंबर 155261 से भी सहायता ली जा सकती है ।

आवेदन की प्रक्रिया

योजना के लिए आप भारत सरकार की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाकर अपने आप को पंजीकृत करा सकते हैं । इसके अलावा आप किसान स्थानीय पटवारी या राजस्व अधिकारी या राज्य सरकार द्वारा नियुक्त पीएम-किसान योजना 

3.The launch of latest ordinances by the Central Government has led to protests in Ludhiana 

The Central Government has recently launched three ordinances The Farmers' Produce Trade and Commerce Ordinance, 2020, The Farmers Agreement on Price Assurance and Farm Services Ordinance, 2020 and The Essential Commodities (Amendment) Ordinance, 2020. And these ordinances have enraged the farmers as these ordinances may lead to loss of farmers.

In order to protest against these ordinances and hike in fuel prices farmers in Ludhiana came out on roads with their tractors and banners of their organizations to hold a tractor march on Monday.

According to farmers they are forced to protest against the government as the government is discontinuing the Minimum Support Price it seems like they are helping the cooperate firms in their business while neglecting the farmers. And these circumstances are leading farmers to commit suicides.

And the farmers are threatening the government that if their demands aren't fulfilled and the prices of fuel doesn't go down these riots may increase and they are ready to block roads with their tractors in future if required while maintaining social distance.

4. How to get details of PM Kissan Yojana

PM Kisan is a Central Sector Scheme with 100% funding from the Government of India. It has become operational from 1.12.2018. Under the scheme, income support of 6,000/- per year in three equal installments will

be provided to small and marginal farmer families having combined landholding/ownership of up to 2 hectares. State Government and UT administration will identify the farmer families which are eligible for support as per scheme guidelines. The fund will be directly transferred to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries. Weeks after the Indian government announced a relief package for the needy, Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme deposited money into the accounts of more than eight crore farmers.

Steps to apply for PM-Kisan yojana

Step 1 - Open the PM-Kisan official website

Step 2 – At the right-hand side of the homepage click on ‘Farmers Corner’.

Step 3 – Click on New Farmer Registration

Step 4 – Enter Aadhaar number and Captcha and other details and submit

Steps to check PM-Kisan List 2020

Step 1 - Go to the official website and  Click on Beneficiary List at the ‘Farmers Corner’ section.

Step 2 - Enter your state, district, sub-district, block & village.

Step 3 - Fill in all details and click on the Get Report.

Step 4 – PM-Kisan list 2020 will appear on your screen.

To check your status, click on Know Beneficiary Status and enter either Aadhaar Number or Account Number or Mobile Number and click on get data.

5.PTAI wants the government to change its mind about the restriction on Power Tillers.

Government has decided to put restrictions on power tillers and its components imports. Power Tiller Association of India has sent a letter to the Director-General of Foreign Trade(DGFT) regarding its decision for the concern of top Power Tiller trading companies like Greaves Cotton, Kisan Kraft, Kubota Agriculture Machinery and many more.

Restrictive Import on power tillers and components will lead traders to do the business only after taking a license from DGFT. And according to DGFT recent announcement, the annual cumulative value of the authorisation will not be more than 10% of 2019-20 imported power tillers. Similarly, this 10% rule goes with components like engine, transmission and all. And it's not possible to meet the need of time with few parts manufacturing companies like VST and kamco which only covers 70%-80% of the total demand.

The association said that they also robustly support the 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' and  'Make in India' initiatives of PM Modi but even if we start manufacturing components in our own land it will take us several years to reach up to the excellence level of foreign products. And as many people are out there who depend on power tiller industries for livelihood so this decision will not only create disruption for big industries but also for small workers. The government should once again think about its decision.

6.Effect of Covid-19 Pandemic on the Automobile Industry 

The corona virus pandemic has brought a lot of hardships to each and every level of society. The automobile industries also witnessed records that they have never ever witnessed until now. The auto industry sales were average in March as the lockdown happened on 23, March. April became a historical month as the sales were zero, the very first time in history. Then due to some unlocking in the month of May, the sales started gearing up. The significant amount of improvement was seen in the month of June.

Among various four-wheelers and two-wheelers, the tractor sales were quit appreciable which gave relief to the industry to some level. 

Moreover, some celebrities also contributed towards it like MS Dhoni spotted with Swaraj 963 FE in his farm and actor Salman Khan has shared glimpses of he being driving a tractor at his farmhouse. These became the talk of the town and indirectly resulted in the favour of the tractor industry.

Therefore, now the industrialists are thinking they are forwarding towards the betterment of sales but some trade pundits have warned them to get prepared for the upcoming severe long-lasting consequences of this lockdown period.
