M&M will reimburse the vaccination expenses of all dealer manpower; will Provide COVID insurance of Rs 1 lakh

In a move to safe guard it's dealer partners and its staff Mahindra & Mahindra announced that it will reimburse the vaccination expenses. Mahindra will give Rs 1500/person, for both the doses till March 2022. 

Company has announced one year of medical insurance of Rs 1 lakh for COVID treatment for dealer employees. In case of deaths, it will pay Rs 2.5 lakh to the Family.

Tweeting the news Mr. Anand Mahindra said 'We have to walk the talk if we say that our dealer partners are part of our family..'

This news came after Mr. Hemant Sikka few days back in a interview himself aknowledged the fact that The second covid-19 wave is very different from the first wave when the rural areas were largely not impacted. But this time what we have seen in the second wave is that it is now spreading wider and deeper into the rural areas and that is a matter of concern for us.

This move by the Mahindra and Mahindra will definitely boost the sentiments of its channel partner and its manpower.
