Retail Tractor sales increased by 21.06% YoY in July 2023, shows FADA Research
FADA has released its Monthly tractor sales report for July 2023. According to the statistics, all the tractor bands have shown consistent growth in their sales compared to their last year's sales rate. FADA retail tractor sales have shown an increase of 21.06 % YOY in July 2023. This article will provide detailed insights on the individual sales report of all the tractor brands of India by comparing them with their last year's sales report for July 2022.
Hence, the tractor sale has shown comparatively higher sales for July 2023 than the sales of July 2022. This shows the rise in demand for tractors among Indian farmers. And this generates more demand for manufacturers to introduce more tractors for agricultural and commercial uses. So, let's unleash the sales done by particular tractor brands.
Tractor Sales July 2023:
1. Sales report for Mahindra & Mahindra
Mahindra has maintained its first position by attaining the highest sales rate of tractors for July 2023 with total sales of 20,920 units, which is comparatively higher than its previous year's sales. The tractor sales of July 2022 were 14,299 units. This shows the everlasting trust in the Mahindra brand by tractor owners.
2. Sales report for Mahindra & Mahindra Under Swaraj Division
Swaraj Tractors have acquired a second position with a total sales of 16,379 units for July 2023. This shows the sales of Swaraj have also increased this year compared to its previous year's sales which was at 10,545 units. Swaraj Division has also done a great job with satisfying sales rates.
3. Sales report for TAFE Limited (Massey Ferguson Tractor)
This month, TAFE acquired the 3rd position by successfully selling 12,421 tractors in July 2023 as compared to its last year's July 2022 sales, which was 7,786 units. TAFE this year has also achieved a good sales rate and thus shows the increase in the demand for their tractors among the farmers and business owners.
4. Sales report for International Tractors Limited (Sonalika Tractor)
Sonalika Tractors successfully sold 11,066 tractors in July 2023 as compared to its sales of July 2022, which registered sales of 9,089 tractor units. This indicates the rising demand for Sonalika tractors in the tractor market.
5. Sales report for Escorts Kubota Limited (Farmtrac, Powertrac, and Digitrac)
Escorts Kubota Limited shows the increase in their tractor sales for July 2023 by successfully selling 8,530 tractor units. This is comparatively higher than its last year's July 2022 tractor sales, which accounted for 6,310 tractor units. Hence, Escorts Kubota is gaining attention among buyers with their all-rounder tractor range for agricultural and commercial uses.
6. Sales report for Eicher Tractors
Eicher Tractor on the other hand have also shown a slight growth in their tractor sales for July 2023 by selling 6,801 tractor units. This is comparatively higher than its previous year's July 2022 sales, which were 5,133 tractor sales. Hence, it has shown a slight growth in sales this year compared to July 2022.
7. Sales report for John Deere
John Deere shows growth in tractor sales by selling 5,519 tractors for July 2023. It is comparatively higher than its last year's sales of July 2022, which counted for 4,471 unit sales. Hence, John Deere is also providing a competitive edge to its competitors with their powerful and efficient tractors in the Indian market.
8. Sales report for CNH Industrial (New Holland tractors)
CNH Industrial (New Holland) tractors registered a growth in tractor sales in July 2023 by selling 3,180 tractors compared to its July 2022 sales, which shows sales of only 2,082 tractors. Hence, this year CNH has also shown an increase in their tractor sales among Indian buyers.
9. Sales report for Kubota
Kubota tractors have shown a slight increase in their tractor sales compared to its previous year's July 2022 sales. Kubota successfully sold 1,870 tractors in July 2023 comparatively higher than July 2022, which was 1,701 tractor units only. This way, Kubota agricultural machinery india pvt ltd has also gained slight growth this year (July 2023).
10. Sales report of Other tractors
Apart from these brands, Other tractor brands in India have also managed to sell tractors with good sales rates. Tractor brands such as Captain, ADICO, and VST have also registered growth in their tractor this year - July 2023 compared to their previous year's sales. hence, all the tractor brands have done a better job this year in July 2023.
