India recorded a total of 8,69,874 tractor sales in FY 2024–25, marking a strong push towards farm mechanisation across the country. Out of this, the top 20 districts alone accounted for 99,915 tractor registrations, contributing approximately 11.49% of the total national sales. Top 20 Districts with Highest Sales as per Tractor Vahan Registrations FY 2024-25 

Gujarat recorded a total of 83,962 tractor sales in FY’25, with four districts featured in the top 20 list — Banaskantha (10,620), Surendranagar (4,812), Rajkot (4,100), and Sabarkantha (4,077). Together, these districts contributed 23,609 tractor registrations, which makes up around 28.12% of Gujarat’s total tractor sales. Notably, Banaskantha ranked 1st across all Indian districts, making Gujarat a standout performer in concentrated regional sales.
