1. अपनाए ये कृषि व्यवसाय, होगा फायदा।

आज कृषि एक व्यापक उद्योग के रूप में हमारे देश में मौजूद है और इसमें लगातार नए नए आयाम विकसित हो रहे है, ऐसे कई कृषि व्यवसाय ऐसे जिन्होंने पिछले कुछ समय में बहुत मांग पकड़ी है।

कम निवेश और अच्छी कमाई की मंशा से आज कई ऐसे व्यवसाय किसान अपना रहे है, हम आपको ऐसे प्रमुख 5 व्यवसाय बता रहे। इन व्यवसायों की जरूरत अनुसार अगर कोई कार्य करने की और निवेश क्षमता रखता हो तो उसे इनसे बहुत मुनाफा हो सकता है।

मशरूम की खेती:- कम समय, कम निवेश और कम जगह के उपयोग से इसमें बहुत लाभ लिया जा सकता है। आज होटल- रेस्त्रां के साथ घरों में भी मशरूम की खूब मांग है।

सूखे फूल का व्यवसाय:- सूखे फूलों की मांग पिछले समय में बहुत बढ़ी है, अगर पर्याप्त जगह हो तो वहां फूलों को लगाकर और उन्हें सुखाकर बेचा जा सकता है। शिल्प भंडारों में इनकी अच्छी मांग है।

जैविक खाद का उत्पादन:- वर्मिकांपोस्ट और जैविक खाद तैयार करना एक कम निवेश का घरेलू व्यवसाय है। इसके लिए आपको थोड़ी जानकारी चाहिए होगी फिर आप उत्पादन शुरू कर सकते है।

पेड़ की खेती:- यह एक पुराना व्यवसाय मगर फायदेमंद, पेड़ उगाकर और उन्हें बेचकर फायदा तो होगा पर इसमें लंबा समय लगता है। 

उर्वरक वितरण व्यवसाय:- बड़े शहर से उर्वरक खरीद ग्रामीण इलाकों में उसे बेचने का ये सीधा साधा व्यवसाय ग्रामीण लोगों के लिए उपयुक्त है।
 

2.किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड से महज 4% पर पाएं लोन 

किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड या केसीसी योजना सरकार द्वारा किसानों के हित में 1998 से चलाई जा रही है । केसीसी किसानों को खेती की लागत , फसल तथा खेत के रखरखाव के लिए ऋण प्रदान करती है । इसमें किसान 7% की जगह 4% ब्याज दर पर लोन प्राप्त कर सकते हैं । योजना के तहत किसानों को ₹300000 तक का लोन बिना गारंटी के दिया जाता है । इसमें 5 साल में ₹300000 तक शॉर्ट टर्म लोन भी दिया जाता है । जिसकी ब्याज दर महज 4% है। 

 सामान्यता 9% ब्याज दर वाले इस लोन पर सरकार 2% सब्सिडी देती है और समय पर लोन चुकाने पर 3% की अतिरिक्त छूट भी दी जाती है ।

 लोन के लिए 18 से 75 वर्ष आयु वर्ग के सभी किसान पात्र हैं । किराएदार किसानों सहित SHG तथा मौखिक पट्टेदार आदि भी इसे प्राप्त कर सकते हैं । किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड को ऑपरेटिव बैंक या अपने क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण बैंक से आसानी से प्राप्त कर सकते हैं । वही एसबीआई , आईडीबीआई तथा बैंक ऑफ इंडिया जैसे बैंक भी किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड उपलब्ध कराते हैं ।

3.Government on trac to doubling farmers income by 2024 

Considering the recent reforms by farmers, the government is aiming to double the farmers' income by the year 2024. The reform to set up a Rs. 1 Lakh crore agri India Fund is also in Procedure. The Report of the “Committee on Doubling on Farmer's Income" was prepared in 14 Volumes. The volumes were released sequentially in installments,  to enable all stakeholders and interested parties from across the country to study the analysis The Committee had submitted its final report to the Government in September 2018. However, many of the recommendations and reforms were adopted in parallel, at each stage when these were initiated by the Committee. Mr. Ashik Dalwai the CEO of the National Rainfed Area Authority under the agriculture ministry assured that they are 100 percent sure that they are in the right direction and will certainly increase the farmers' income along with more robust agricultural growth.

4. The procurement of wheat has already surpassed last year's record registering  38.98 million tonnes of wheat. 

The process of attainment of wheat by the government has still not come to an end and yet it has crossed the record of 2019-20 recording 38.98 million tonnes of wheat. According to FCI (Food Corporation of India) official as the procurement of wheat is carried out in the first three months of April-March a few more thousand tonnes of wheat is expected in the next few days that may fulfill the target of 40.7 million tones set for this year.

As the wheat procurement process is almost over in many states Madhya Pradesh has beaten Punjab and became the highest wheat producing state. It has recorded 12.93 million tonnes of wheat while Punjab being just a little behind it recorded 12.71 million tonnes of wheat.

And this has summed up the total stock of FCI as 81.25 million tonnes by 8 July consisting of 54.52 and 26.72 million tonnes of wheat and rice respectively.

5.7 Lakhs from 1-acre Red Lady Papaya cultivation

Farming is the arena where one can earn a lot by following proper techniques and methods. Also, many highly educated people are turning their way towards agriculture because it has a lot to offer you. One similar case is from God's Own State, Kerala, a man named Paulson left his job in abroad and came to India. 

He started cultivation of Papaya in 3-acre land with 500 plants. Then after proper evaluation with the passage of time, he shifted to 1-acre land with 700 total plants.

He also discussed some tips that must be kept in mind to have good results. 

There must be proper spacing between the plants. 

Adequate care should be given in the first three months.

Fertilizers should be given from 3rd month.

Precautions must be taken to get rid of pests.

After 7-8 months fruits can be harvested.

Paulson also mentioned some disadvantages of this Papaya cultivation that it requires over care and protection from pests. Also, you have to give 4 litres of water every day. But every work demands some level of dedication and therefore it also.

6. 10,000 FPOs are soon to be set up according to guidelines issued by Narendra Singh Tomar.

In a recent meeting, the present agriculture minister Mr.Narendra Tomar has issued new guidelines for setting Farmer Producer Organization(FPO) in India.FPOs are basically an organization formed by farm producers where they are the shareholders and work on the trade of farm products and other things to make out the at most profits and benefits of its members. The Agriculture Ministry has decided to invest Rs.6,866 crore for establishment and support of 10,000 FPOs by 2023-24. These FPOs will be supported for 5 years by the government. Minister Narendra Singh Tomar said that the ministry will provide full support to the centre and to the state for their agriculture welfare activities, in setting up FPOs and to provide more credits to Kisan through KCC i.e. Kishan Credit Card. Currently, there are 6.67 crore KCC users and by 2020 2.5 crores will get added to this number. And already the amount of 1 lakh crore rupees is sanctioned as an agri-infra fund for farmers improvement.
