1.पीएम सम्मान निधि योजना के आवेदक इस तरह अपना स्टेटस चेक करें,1 अगस्त से मिलेगी छठी किस्त।

किसान सम्मान निधि योजना कोरोना महामारी के संकट किसानों को आर्थिक सहायता पहुंचाने में बहुत कारगर रही है।  योजना के तहत 2000 रुपए की राशि किसानों के खाते में डाली जा रही है, अब तक 5 किस्तों में 19,350 करोड़ रुपए की सहायता राशि भेजी जा चुकी है,अब 1 अगस्त से छटी किस्त भेजी जाएगी। अगर आपने भी योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए नए वित्त वर्ष में आवेदन किया है तो आपके लिए आवेदन का स्टेटस जानना भी महत्वपूर्ण है।स्टेटस जानने के लिए सबसे पहले पीएम किसान सम्मान निधि योजना के पोर्टल पर जाएं,http://pmkisan.gov.in/ फिर फार्मर्स कॉर्नर पर क्लिक करें फिर बेनिफिशरी स्टेटस पर। आप अब आधार नंबर, मोबाइल नंबर या अकाउंट नंबर में से कोई भी एक डालकर गेट रिपोर्ट पर क्लिक कर अपना स्टेटस देख सकते है। अगर आपने पहले आवेदन में किसी प्रकार गलत जानकारी दर्ज़ कर दी है तो फार्मर्स कॉर्नर पर ही आपको उसे सुधारने का विकल्प मिल जाएगा। अगर योजना का लाभ सरकार द्वारा दिया गया है तो वेबसाइट पर राज्य जिला तहसील गांव के हिसाब से लाभार्थियों की पूरी सूची आपको मिल जाएगी।

2.मोतियों की खेती हो सकती है बहुत फायदेमंद

क्या आपने कभी सोचा कि समुद्र में मिलने वाले मोतियों की खेती की जा सकती है ? कृषि के क्षेत्र में ऐसा ही एक अनोखा और सराहनीय कार्य किया है बेगूसराय जिले के तेतरी गांव के निवासी जयशंकर कुमार ने ! 

वंशीधर उ. वि. तेतरी में क्लर्क की नौकरी करने वाले जयशंकर ने नौकरी छोड़कर मोती की खेती करनी शुरू की । वे मीठे जल वाले ताल तलैया में मोती तैयार करने का काम करते हैं । जिसमें लागत भी बहुत कम आती है । किसान का कहना है कि जैसे आकार में मोती तैयार करना होता है । उसी आकार में जिंदा सीप के शरीर में एक कैल्शियम कार्बोनेट का टुकड़ा डाला जाता है । 6 महीने तक ये टुकड़ा तालाब में पड़ी सीप के शरीर में रहता है । और उसके बाद मनचाही आकृति का मोती तैयार हो जाता है । इस प्रक्रिया में 1 सीप से लगभग 400 से ₹500 तक की लागत आती है । तो वहीं बाजार में इसका मूल्य ₹4000 से ₹5000 तक है । इसके अलावा जय शंकर ने पशुपालन में बकरी, बत्तख, खरगोश, मत्स्य पालन आदि एवं औषधीय पौधों की खेती में भी अभिरुचि दिखाई है । इतना ही नहीं, किसान ने वर्मी कम्पोस्ट के जरिए जैविक खेती को बढ़ावा भी दिया है । जिसके लिए किसान को जिला स्तर और राज्य स्तर पर पुरस्कृत भी किया गया है ।

3.Do's and Don'ts in cotton production.

Cotton production is a delicate method as cotton. And there are several things about which one should be properly educated. These do's and don'ts will help you in getting a nice cotton harvest.

Keep the soil warm.

Cotton germinates properly only in warm soil, so try to maintain the soil temperature above 16°C.Don't let the temperature go too down in winter or too high in summers.

Perfect moisture is the key.

Try to plant the seeds one and a half-inch down in perfect moisture. But also make sure not to plant them too deep.

Use a moderate amount of nitrogen.

Nitrogen helps you to get the mature cotton flowers on time but its usage should be done in proper measurement.

Use Potash for better results.

You should use potash as it ensures quality cotton flowers and proper growth of the plant.

Keep the space clean.

Always keep your cotton plant clean. It is preferred to use some layers of herbicides.

Keep your plant safe from insects.

There should not be any type of insects around cotton plants. And try to avoid insecticides after bloom.

4.BEETROOT CULTIVATION TIPS

Beetroot comes from the same family as sugar beets. It is genetically different and very nutritious.  Sugar beets are white, and manufacturers tend to use them for extracting sugar and sweetening processed foods. Beetroot is popular as a superfood. Studies show that beets and beetroot juice can improve athletic performance, reduce blood pressure, and increase blood flow and stamina.

Beetroot varieties recommended for cultivation in India are Detroit Dark Red, Crimson Globe, and Crosby Egyptian.

Beetroot grows best under cool conditions and can be grown successfully almost all year round. Beetroot has good tolerance to moderate frosts at all growth stages. It attains the best color, texture, and quality in cool weather conditions. Excessive hot weather, however, causes zoning, the condition which is characterized by the appearance of alternating light and dark red concentric circles in the root.

Heavy soils are not satisfactory for beets because the roots are likely to be unsymmetrical in shape when grown on such soils. A pH range between 6.3 and 7.5 is best for the cultivation of beetroot. Beetroot grows very well in neutral, moist, fertile soil without too much lime or acidity.

5.Wheat and rice procurement this year has created a new record. 

The procurement of wheat and rice in the session 2019-20 has broken all the records till now. As rice went up to 50.5 million tonnes that is 21% more than the set target while wheat went up to 38.97 million tonnes that is still slightly less than the set target but still the highest till now.

According to an official of the food ministry, this procurement was really important during the time of the Coronavirus crisis as it helped the farmers get their income during this economic slowdown and enabled the government to invest in the farm sector.

Usually, this large amount of procurement creates storage problems but this year the government solved this issue by distributing free grains under the Prime Minister Garib Kalyan Ann Yojana (PMGKY). Under this scheme the government will give 5 kg of rice or wheat and 1 kg of chana to 810 million ration card holders in addition to 5 kg per month of grain subsidised under the National Food Security Act (NFSA) until November.

6.How can India make its place among the top five agri goods exporters?

According to the World Trade Organization, India can come among the top five agri goods exporters by doing some modifications in its policies.

In the year 2019, India ranked eighth with annual agro-export of USD 39 billion. Through some of the focused break-throughs, we can surpass Thailand and Indonesia and become the fifth largest exporter in the world.

The study also suggested some of the ways that should be incorporated to achieve the same. The first step in the direction is to establish some extension centres- 715 Krishi Vigyan Kendras across the nation. These centres will help farmers to grow such varieties of crops that have great demand in the global markets.

Many a time,  Indian products get rejected in the global market due to excessive use of pesticides because they are mostly above the prescribed residual limits. Therefore, these centres will also guide farmers regarding the amount of pesticides usage.

Also, to achieve the heights we need to focus more on producing quality products rather than quantity. India is the second-largest producer of fruits in the world but our contribution to the total global export is just 1.8%. Therefore, we need to concentrate more on our horticulture.

So, if all these points implemented properly, India will definitely make remarkable progress in its total global export.
