1.हरियाणा के किसानों के लिए अच्छी खबर - अब 0 फीसदी ब्याज पर मिलेगा कृषि ऋण

किसानों को मंहगाई से बचाने और उन्हें शशक्त बनाने के प्रयास में हरियाणा सरकार ने शून्य फीसदी ब्याज पर लोन देने की शुरुआत की है । हरियाणा सरकार लाखों किसानों को 0 फ़ीसदी ब्याज पर ₹300000 तक का लोन प्रदान करेगी । 7 फीसदी ब्याज दर वाले इस farm loan यानी कृषि ऋण में से 3 फीसदी ब्याज केंद्र सरकार एवं चार फ़ीसदी राज्य की मनोहर लाल सरकार द्वारा वहन किया जाएगा । खास बात है कि देश के किसी भी राज्य में कृषि लोन पर 4 फ़ीसदी से कम ब्याज दर नहीं है । तो वही हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा किसानों को 0 फ़ीसदी ब्याज दिए जाना कृषि हित में एक बड़ा कदम है ।

इस योजना पर हरियाणा सरकार का कहना है कि वे किसानों को उनकी जमीन की उपयोगिता एवं आय के अनुसार वित्त प्रबंधन करेंगे । इसके लिए हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा 17000 किसान मित्र चुनने का निर्णय लिया गया है । यह किसान मित्र किसानों को वॉलिंटियर्स के रूप में परामर्श देंगे । इसके अलावा पशुपालन व्यवसाय द्वारा किसान की आय बढाने के लिए भी हरियाणा में किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड की के अंतर्गत पशु क्रेडिट कार्ड योजना (Pashu Kisan Credit Card Yojana) लागू की गई है । इस योजना में अब तक 1,40,000 पशुपालकों के फार्म भरवाए जा चुके हैं ।

2.कृषि क्षेत्र बनाएगा भारत को आत्मनिर्भर, सरकारी योजनाए जता रहे हैं।

भारत को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की लहर एक बार फिर पूरे देश में दोड़ी है। भारत को आत्मनिर्भर बनना है तो हर क्षेत्र में इस पर काम करना होगा, पर कृषि ऐसा क्षेत्र जिसमें आत्मनिर्भर बनने की सर्वाधिक संभावना है। जहां कोरोना अदा के कारण देश की पूरी अर्थव्यवस्था डगमगा गई है, वहीं कृषि क्षेत्र जस का तस खड़ा है। इसी को देखते हुए सरकार ने भी एक लाख करोड़ के एग्री इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर फंड की घोषणा की है। सरकार द्वारा लिए गए वस्तु अधिनियम में संशोधन, किसानों को कृषि उत्पादन खरीदने व बेचने का अधिकार देना और आधुनिक तकनीकों को बढ़ावा देना भी इस क्रम में प्रमुख कार्यों के रूप में देखे जा सकते हैं।

 लोकल उत्पाद को बढ़ावा देने के लिए जिले में ही उद्योग लगाए जाने की योजना है भी है सरकार की, 5 करोड़ डेयरी किसानों के लिए किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड्स (केसीसी) अभियान की शुरुआत भी सरकार कर ही चुकी है। सरकार पशुपालन को 15000 करोड़ का इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर फंड, मधुमक्खी पालन 500 करोड़ का फंड और मत्स्य पालन के लिए 20000 करोड़ की मत्स्य संपदा योजना चालू कर चुकी है। नाबार्ड के जरिए अतिरिक्त आपातकालीन कार्यशील पूंजी सुविधा के रूप में 30,000 करोड़ रुपये दिए जाएंगे। पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में इस वर्ष कृषि उत्पादों के निर्यात में 23% से अधिक की वृद्धि आई है ऐसे में सरकार द्वारा जारी किए गए सभी प्रकार के फंड और योजनाएं बहुत ही उचित दिखाई पड़ते है।

3.Jackfruit - the most preferred meat substitute

 India is the biggest producer of jackfruit in the world.  The whole south Asia has been a great consumer of jackfruit for centuries and therefore its production is also very large. But a significant chunk of jackfruit is being wasted every year. 

Now, India is capitalising on the growing popularity of this fruit as a superfruit. Jackfruit is in significant demand across the world due to its pork like texture.

The fruit is used for multiple purposes like to make cakes, ice creams, juices, crisps or snacks. A jackfruit weighs for about five to six kg on average and a single tree gives about 150-200 jackfruits per season. 

The upsurging interest of people in jackfruit has increased the hope of its cultivators, especially in India. Also, James Joseph, a Microsoft director left his job after identifying the growing demand of the fruit in the west and started its cultivation to produce several other things from it.

Therefore, on the basis of the latest trend, it can be said that jackfruit cultivation will result in bumper profit due to its preference as a meat substitute.

4.sales of dairy products down due to demand slump after coronavirus-induced lockdown

The decline in demand for milk and dairy products due to the coronavirus has led to dwindling sales of dairy products in Maharashtra's Aurangabad district.

The Aurangabad district Cooperative Milk Producers Union (ADCMPU) also stated that the sale of milk packets has come down as hotels are out of business now.

Their reports showed that they collected 80,000-85,000 litres of milk every day directly from farmers. This sale has now fallen to 30,000 litres (per day) in the Aurangabad district.

They also told that earlier, they used to utilise about 7,000 litres of milk every day to prepare 11 different products. But, now they are using only 1,000-1,200 litres of milk for preparing dairy products.

This pandemic has created problems for the other small scale dairies in the are and also other related and independent industries.

5.Agricultural industry: India's saviour against Covid-19 pandemic 

Despite the pandemic of COVID-19, the agricultural industry of India continues to take leaps with global exports of march - June of 2020 rising by 23%. 

India's food dependence on imports has decreased in the year 2020 as India has shown exportable surplus in the food and agriculture sector. Exports as a percentage of GDP has increased significantly while imports have decreased which is a clear sign of growth and independence from external imports. The agriculture sector has continued to keep India's pandemic hit economy on track. 

The agriculture ministry is looking to expand its market with a focus on gulf countries, which has so far shown significant growth despite the fact that we share only 12% of its global agricultural imports. Ministry is also trying to list down the exportable products and their potential markets. 

Another part of the food and agricultural sector of India which has a high potential for growth in the international market is the fruits. India, despite being the world's second-largest producer of fruits, has a very small share in global markets which makes it a key to expanding India's global market. 

To facilitate this, the ministry has created product-specific forums to reach the producers and exporters of 8 eight pre-decided commodities and promote it amongst them. Forums will also provide the required assistance to these producers and exporters and study its global market for more potential growth.

6. Rice in basmati rice production and exports.

Due to COVID situation, it was expected that this year's production will not be as great as it used to be because of the shortage of workforce to sow the plant. But the migrated workers who have come to their hometown back in joined forces with the nearby workers were able to achieve the target within the timeline. And with this, the great monsoon also led to a huge and nice yield of basmati rice this year which is 7% more than the previous year's total production of 7.5 million tonnes.

According to  Vinod Kaul (Executive Director of All India Rice Exporters Association), India is having many demands for basmati rice from Middle - East and European countries. That's why Indian basmati rice will enjoy a bigger market this year. India exports  4.5 million of basmati rice each year which earns great money.

 And the best thing is that there is no change in prices, they are stable at Rs.850-1,000 per kg as usual. As many countries are going through hard times so they are also looking forward to Indian basmati rice like Italy. Through all of these Indian farmers and traders are going to be in profit.
