July 2024 Retail Tractor Sales in India 

Let’s learn which tractor brand sold how many tractors in retail markets of India in July 2024. Let’s review the retail tractor sales of July 2024 in detail. We will review the sales from the lowest to highest selling brand. 

Retail Tractor Sale of Other Tractor Brands in July 2024 

The other tractor brands in India sold 1,300 units in the retail tractor markets during July 2024 and seized a 1.64% market share. In July 2023, all these brands seized 4.39% of the total retail market with recorded sales of 3,982 units. 

Retail Tractor Sale for Kubota Agricultural Machinery India PVT LTD in July 2024 

The retail tractor sale of Kubota in July 2024 remained at 1,461 units whereas its market share stood at 1.84%. This performance is low as compared to July 2023 as the brand sold 1,876 units and captured a market share of 2.07% in the said period. 

Retail Tractor Sale of CNH Industrial( India) PVT LTD in July 2024 

New Holland's July 2024 retail tractor sales remained at 2,998 tractors against the 3,188 units sold in July 2023. This significances a slight YoY drop. Speaking of the market share, New Holland captured 3.78% of the total retail market in July 2024 whereas its market share was 3.52% in July 2023. 

Retail Sales Report for Eicher Tractors in July 2024

The July 2024 retail tractor sale of Eicher Tractors remained at 5,420 units and it captured 6.83% of the total retail market in India.  The brand performed better in July 2023 as the recorded retail tractor sale in July 2023 was 6,795 units and the market share was 7.50%. 

Retail Tractor Sale of John Deere India PVT LTD in July 2024

John Deere retail tractor sales for July 2024 remained at 6,215 units and its market share is 7.83%. For July 2023, the retail tractor sale was 5,502 units and the captured market share was 6.07%. This significance is a YoY growth of John Deere in retail tractor markets. 

Retail Tractor Sale of TAFE (Massey Ferguson Limited) in July 2024 

With a total retail tractor sale of 7,884 units,  Massey Ferguson claimed a 9.93% share of the retail tractor market in July 2024. For July 2023, the market share of the brand was 13.70% with a total retail tractor sale of 12,420 units. Hence, it’s obvious that the brand performed well in July 2023. 

Retail Tractor Sale of Escorts Kubota Limited (Farmtrac and Powertrac) in July 2024 

For July 2024, the retail tractor sale of  Escorts Kubota Limited (Farmtrac and Powertrac) was 8,274 units while its market share was 10.42%. Compared to this, July 2023 remained a little bright for Eicher Kubota as the recorded retail tractor sale was 8,534 units and the market share was 9.41%. 

Retail Tractor Sale of International Tractors Limited (Sonalika Tractors) in July 2024 

Sonalika became the third highest tractor-selling brand in July 2024 with a total retail tractor sale of 11,141 units and seizing 14.04% of the total retail market.  

Sonalika’s July 2023  retail tractor sale was 11,063 units which helped the brand to seize 12.20% of the total retail market.

Retail Tractor Sale of Mahindra & Mahindra under Swaraj Division in July 2024 

Swaraj sold 16,263 tractors in the retail market during July 2024 and pastured 20.49% of the market share. For July 2023, the total retail sale was 16380 units and its market share was 18.07%, showing a drop in YoY sales. 

Retail Tractor Sale of Mahindra & Mahindra in July 2024 

Mahindra & Mahindra top the list by selling 18,422 units in July 2024. It captured 23.21% of the total retail market. As the retail tractor sale of Mahindra & Mahindra in July 2023 was 20,914 units and its market share was 23.07%, it performed better in 2023.

For July 2024, the total retail tractor sale in India remained at 79,378 units against the 90,654 units sold in July 2023, registering a 12.43% YoY drop.
