Relive the Journey of 60 years and 40 lakh Mahindra Tractors

Mahindra Tractors, a part of Mahindra Group, recorded the sale of a 40th lakh tractor in March 2024. The Mahindra Yuvo Tech Plus marked this milestone. This is Mahindra’s one of the most famous and next-gen tractor models, produced in the company's Zaheerabad facility. 

It's a proud moment for the company and it didn’t forget to show gratitude towards its customers. In the course of the celebration of this milestone, Mahindra Tractors has launched a special campaign. 

The Remarkable Journey from 1963 to 2024 

Mahindra Tractors sold its very first tractor in 1963. It was a joint venture between International Harvester Inc. of the U.S. and Mahindra Tractors. Since then, this tractor manufacturer has been manufacturing high-end and technology-advanced tractors for global farmers. Years after years, Mahindra Tractors continued setting up new records that include: 

• 1 Million-unit production in 2004  

• Highest-selling farm tractor manufacturer by volume in 2009. 

• 2 Million-unit production milestone in 2013 

• 3 Million unit production milestone in 2019

• 4 Million Tractor Sales Milestone in 2024

The journey so far seems highly impressive and FY’24 closed with the sales of 2 lakh tractors.
