Harvester Retail Sales in July 2024: Review Brands Performance and MoM Growth

The harvester sales in India during July 2024 remained at 590 units Brands like Vishal, Kartar, and Malkit became the top three highest-selling brands. Below, you will find the brand-wise harvester July 2024 sales data. 

Insights into Harvester Sale in July 2024 

For July 2024, the retail harvester tractor sale in India stood at 590 units against the 167 units sold in July 2023. If we talk about the year-to-date (Jan-July 2024) harvester sales in India, it remained at 6,386 units in Jan-July 2024 against the 9,266 units sold in Jan-July 2023. 

This way, the July-only harvester sales experienced notable YoY growth while YTD(Jan-July) sales recorded a significant drop. 

Despite the transmission of the Bharat Stage III to Bharat Stage IV emission norms, this sector registered a significant YoY growth, which is a positive sign for the harvester manufacturers of India. For July 2024, Kartar topped the chart and became the highest harvester-selling brand, closing July 2024 with 102 units. The second and third spots are seized by Vishal Manku and John Deere with 63 and 35 unit sales respectively.   

Brands like Malkit, Preet, Guru Nanak, Dashmesh, Gurdial, and New Holland are engaged in stiff competition as the difference between their total July 2024 harvester sales is minimal. 

Malkit sold only two extra harvesters from Preet whereas Preet sold only two more harsvter than the 25 units sold by Guru Nanak. Dashmesh and Gurdial sold equal harvesters, 21 units, whereas New Holland sold 20 units. 

The difference is not huge and these brands can easily change their rankings. 
 

Brand Wise Harvester Sales in India July 2024

Below, you will find the details of the July 2024 harvester sale of the top 15 brands in India. 

Vishal July 2024 Harvester Sale 

Vishal Manku sold 63 harvester units in July 2024 against the 7 units sold in July 2023. The Jan-July 2024 YTD sale of Vishal Manku remained at 1,131 units against the 1,520 units sold during Jan-July 2023. 

Kartar July 2024 Harvester Sale 

For July 2024, the total harvester sale of Kartar stood at 102 units whereas the brand closed July 2023 with 49 units. This reflects the YoY growth.

Kartar sold 877 units from Jan 2024 to July 2024 against the 1,469 units sold last year for the same period. 

Malkit July 2024 Harvester Sale 

Malkit sold 29 units in July 2024 whereas its July 2023 harvester sales was 2 units. The brand sold 428 units from Jan 2024- July 2024. However, the first seven-month harvester sale of Malkit were 644 units last year. 

Preet July 2024 Harvester Sale 

Preet Agro harvester July 2024 sales remained at 27 units and registered a YoY growth as the July 2023 harvester sales remained at 8 units. The recorded sales from Jan-July to 2023 are 316 units and were 595 units for the year 2023. 

John Deere India July 2024 Harvester Sale 

John Deere sold 35 units in July 2024 against the 27 units sold in 2023. The YTD sales ( Jan 2024-July 2024) remained at 284 units against the 288 units sold from Jan 2023- July 2023. 

New Holland July 2024 Harvester Sale

New Holland sold 20 units in July 2024 whereas the total harvester sale in July 2023 remained at 3 units. This signifies growth in YoY sales. 
 
The first seven-month sale (Jan 2024- July 2024) of New Holland in the harvester market remained at 254 units against the 226 units sold during Jan 2023- July 2023. 

Dashmesh July 2024 Harvester Sale 

For July 2024, the total harvester sales of Dashmesh remained at 21 units. The brand sold 4 units in  July 2023, resulting in a slight YoY growth/drop. 

The first seven-month sale (Jan 2024- July 2024) of Dashmesh remained at 252 units whereas it was 358 units for July 2023. 

Punni Vishvakarma July 2024 Harvester Sale 

Punni Vishvakarma July 2024 harvester sales remained at 11 units whereas the brand sold 2 units during July 2023. 

The YTD 2024 sale of Punni Vishvakarma is 239 units whereas it was 206 units for YTD 2023. 

Guru Nanak July 2024 Harvester Sale 

Guru Nanak Agri Engineering Works sold 25 harvester units in July 2024 whereas the recorded sale for July 2023 was 16 units. This signifies the YoY growth. 

Speaking of the YTD( Jan-July), it remained 165 units for the year 2024 and 272 units for the year 2023. 

Gurdial July 2024 Harvester Sale 

The New Gurdial July 2024 harvester sale remained at 21 units. However, the New Gurdial July 2023 harvester sale was 0 units. This reflects the YoY growth of the brand’s harvester sales. 

The YTD ( Jan-July) sale of the New Gurdial remained at 138 units in 2024 against the 157 units sold in 2023. 

K.S Agricultural July 2024 Harvester Sale

K.S Agricultural's July 2024 harvester sales remained at 9 units against the 2 units sold in July 2023. 

The brand sold 126 units from Jan 2024- July 2024 whereas it sold 219 units in 2023 during the same period. 

Surindera July 2024 Harvester Sale

Surindera sold 7 harvester units in July 2024 against the 0 units sold in July 2023.

It sold 108 harvesters between Jan 2024 to July 2024 whereas it sold 151 units from Jan 2023- July 2023. 

Shaktiman July 2024 Harvester Sale 

Shaktiman harvester sales in July 2024 remained at 13 units whereas the first seven-month sale ( Jan 2024-July 2024) was 113 units. 

For the year 2023, the July 2023 sale of Shaktiman remained at 2 units and the first seven-month sale was 250 units. 

K.S Agrotech July 2024 Harvester Sale 

K.S Agrotech's July 2024 sale is 7 against the 0 units sold in July 2023. 

It sold 91 harvesters between Jan 2024 to July 2024 whereas it sold 29  units from Jan 2023- July 2023. 

Mahindra & Mahindra July 2024 Harvest Sale 

Mahindra's July 2024 harvester sales remained at 8 units against the 3 units sold in July 2023. 

Mahindra closed the first seven months of 2024 (Jan 2024- July 2024) with 75 units against the 176 units sold in the first seven months of 2023. 

Other Brands Sale in July 2024 

The other harvester brands in India sold 192 units in July 2024 against the 42 units sold in July 2023. 

The YTD 2024 sale of other harvester brands is 1,789 units whereas it was 2,706 units for YTD 2023.
